Shipping
We currently ship from our international suppliers directly to your door.

• Delivery time: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
• Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on location

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible, items must be:
• In original condition
• Unworn and unused
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
Please note: Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If your refund hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, contact us — we’ll follow up for you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different piece, simply return your original and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

EU Customers
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason.
Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
